I have been painting for many years, primarily as a form of self expression and opportunity to spend time doing something I enjoy.  Over the years I have experimented with different techniques and subject matter finding that most of my inspiration comes from the dramatic variations in colour and form found in oceanscapes and landscapes.  I mostly paint without an image in mind which is how I find true pleasure in the art of painting.  My work brings serenity and harmony to its environment and conjures many interpretations from individual observers.

I grew up and have spent most of my life living in Australia.  I am currently living in Southern California.
